You've missed this event
Since the 1700s, across the two northeast counties of Wales, the Denbigh & Flint County Show has been taking place in one form or another. Steadily growing in both popularity and size since its establishment, the show now has an illustrious history. With that kind of proven track record, you can expect some great entertainment and market browsing opportunities.
To start with, the show annually attracts over 200 trade stalls, stocking everything from gourmet food and real ales, to leather, handicrafts, local artwork, tractors, animal feed, crystals, machinery, and plants, plus information from solicitors, local teachers, charities, clubs, regional organisations, and so much more, plus the whole market is organised in an easy layout so you won’t miss a thing.
After the market, you can take in some of the entertainment on offer – this includes a funfair, floral and horticulture displays, the Cheshire Dog Display Team, the Chariots of Fire Carriage Team, all kinds of pigs, cattle, sheep and goats in the Livestock Area, and nine rings of equestrian and horse shows.
