Barnes Food Fair

You've missed this event
Barnes is one of nicest areas of London on any day, whether the food festival is on or not – it has a great number of 18th and 19th century buildings, a high street full of independent shops, and a lovely scenic area in the Barnes Pond and Village. When the Barnes Food Fair is on however, it brings another level of enjoyment to this already picturesque area.
The fair brings together over 80 artisan traders, growers and retailers from the region, including some restaurateurs from the local area, who will be selling their delicious produce from their stalls to lucky festival-goers in the Grand Marquee. Outside, there will be a street food area serving hot food, with picnic seating available, and live music performances will be running to keep visitors entertained. Jazz music from the Bull’s Head will be one of the highlights, along with many other local acts.
Most exciting of all though, there will be a Cookery Theatre run by Michelin star chefs in the Victorian era school building.
